Sam and Mommy in Starkville

Sam and I went to the first football game of the year. I love going to the first game...so much excitement and promise! Sam had a great time. He did not complain one bit. We ate a lot of snow cones during the game though because it was HOT!! He is a great traveling buddy and I loved this one on one time with him.

Andrew and Mommy go to Starkville

Owen  caught a pretty bad bacterial infection so he has not felt like traveling to Starkville this year. But that did not stop the boys and me. The games are so much fun. The atmosphere is awesome. Wish the team was doing better - but I guess that is a small part o the weekend.

Andrew went with me to see Auburn play this year.

Our New Room

I have not blogged much about our new room. I am not sure why - well maybe because my blogging is not as often as I wish it was.

We are adding on a bonus room and study room off our kitchen. It has been a slow but I guess steady pace. On this day the boys did their body outlines. We thought it would be fun especially for anyone who removes the carpet in the future. Just a little permanent mark from the Muntons.

Pirate for a day - get a free donut

Apparently if there is free food - the Munton's will travel. The same week as Andrew's free cookie, Krispy Kreme had free donuts for those who dressed as a pirate. Andrew was all about it, Sam did not want to participate. It was a fun afternoon and the line was out the door!

free cookie for Andrew Man

South Mouth Deli had Andrew's name on their board for a free cookie...so we made an after school stop for a treat. Fun day for Mr. Andrew.

Aunt Abby's Birthday

All smiles for Aunt Abby's birthday. We loved celebrating her this year and Sam was very happy there was cake! He is still a big fan...Andrew is not a fan of cake.

We love playdates

Amanda and I have been so good at keeping up our weekly play dates. We started this when Brantley and Andrew were 6 months old...and have not stopped. As you can see the kids get along very well. We are blessed.

Sam's 6th grade buddy

This is Lane...Sam's 6th grade buddy. I do not know much about Lane...and in fact I am happy that Sam remembered his name for us :)

Andrew Soccer Days

We did not think Andrew would play soccer this year. He said he wanted to play flag football...but the team did not have enough people. So we signed up for soccer. It was a great decision. We met new neighbor friends who are on his soccer team. Andrew is now in a bigger league. They have a referee and goalies. Andrew likes to play goalie.

Sam's soccer days

Sam has a great soccer season. He likes to go out there and play. This is the way I thought he would be last year. But he needed one more year under his belt to get the hang of it. He scores goals, plays with this teammates and listens to his coach. Just a perfect year for the Regions Bank Green Lightening team!
