Tooth Fairy

The tooth fairy has visited our house. Not because any tooth fell out on its own. Oh No! That would be too easy. Instead Andrew had two teeth pulled (the bottom teeth). He has an adult tooth coming in behind his baby teeth. But the baby teeth weren't moving. That is because the adult tooth was coming in a new row. This is not good. So the dentist pulled the two bottom teeth so the adult teeth will move in the right spot.

I scheduled this appointment so our dentist could look at Andrew's teeth and let me know if it was normal or not. I had no idea they would pull his teeth on the spot. That is what they did. Andrew was a champ. They did give him pain medicine...but his courage and bravery were remarkable. He amazes me on a daily basis.

Andrew was so happy to have lost teeth. I think he is one of the last few in his class to have lost a tooth. He wanted to go school and show everyone...even though he was still a little loopy.
