Mississippi State Football

We still love going to football games in Starkville. It is a fun weekend to visit my parents and have a game to go to. We went to 3 games this year. One weekend Nathan's family, Abby and the Muntons came too. My brother Adam was at the games we were at as well.

Last picture is the boys with our cousin Paul. He is a student at the State and plays in the band. Another plus about visiting for games - we get to see extended family.

A tree house is built

Owen worked so many hours to get the tree house ready for the weekend when my dad came to help with the roof. The roof itself took 2 full 8 hours days. The boys love it!! The neighbors love it!!! It is a traditional tree house straight out of the "dangerous book for boys".

Easter 2018

I love Easter. It is probably my favorite holiday. The past years I have fully committed to Lent. The giving something up, the prayers, and the sense of feeling very close to God. This year was no different.

Andrew's First Communion

Andrew had his First Communion in May 2018. To say I was looking forward to this day - is taking it lightly. I have been wishing and praying for Andrew to have the sacraments of Reconciliation and Communion. We invited Andrew's godparents - Nellie and Craig and family. We invited our neighborhood friends. And our family. It was a perfect day. Lots of love, lots of family, and lots of religious inspiration.
