Andrew's First Communion

Andrew had his First Communion in May 2018. To say I was looking forward to this day - is taking it lightly. I have been wishing and praying for Andrew to have the sacraments of Reconciliation and Communion. We invited Andrew's godparents - Nellie and Craig and family. We invited our neighborhood friends. And our family. It was a perfect day. Lots of love, lots of family, and lots of religious inspiration.

Rock n Roll

Rock n Roll for 2nd graders!!! Andrew wanted an ACDC shirt - because Owen has introduced both boys to old school rock and roll. Andrew is so handsome.

Student of the DAY!!!

Andrew was awarded the Student of the Day in spring of 2018. He got the award for being a speed reader and reaching his AR goal fast. Andrew loves to read. This semester he could only read nonfiction - and that inspired Andrew. He devoured nonfiction books. He impresses us so much. I pray he always loves to read.

March 2018 - My Special Day

We spent my special day with our friends in Carlisle (all the pictures from different posts in March have been on the same trip).

We also went to Jackson for the St. Patrick's Day parade. Abby met us there - which is always fun. It was of my best special days.

March 2018 - New Car

I got a new car in March 2018 - we joked that it was my special day present...it is a car that Owen and I both really like - which makes it fun. We both like driving it.

Spring Break 2018

The boys went to the beach with Aha and Mick for some of spring break. Martha's family came also which was a lot of fun for the boys. They had cousins to play with and they LOVE the beach.

Sam lost a tooth (the bottom one) in February...
Sam has also developed a neat friendship with Ralphie. It has been slow but steady. He loves on him all the time...most of the time when he things no one is watching.
He also LOVES sparkly eye stuffed animals. Here are pictures of his animals all lined up. He does this a lot - organizing them. Loving on them. Enjoying them.
